A Door Hanger Reminder Pocket, and three double-sided Access Control Cards that snap easily and quickly over the shackle of a lockbox when it is installed on a property. These cards each offer a separate warning to the agent preparing to obtain the key from the lockbox. The messages are:

    2. No Showings-This Home Has Sold-Please Don't Use the Key Without Permission
    3. Our Pet May Be Loose-Please Don't Use the Key Without an Appointment
    4. Our Security System is Armed-Please Read Instructions Carefully Before Using Key

    6. No Showings Today-We're Sorry for the Inconvenience-Please Don't Use the Key

Access Control Door Hangers
Access Control Door Hangers come as a set of three, and carry the same messages and warnings to real estate agents as the lockbox Access Control Cards, but they are designed as door hangers. They are intended to be used by the resident when severe weather or physical impairment makes using the lockbox Access Control Card inconvenient. These Access Control Door Hangers are not going to intervene between the agent's lockbox key and the lockbox, and are therefore presumed to be not as reliable in their resultant privacy. For this reason we recommend their use only when the lockbox Access Control Cards cannot be used, and may only be purchased when a full Sentinel System is also purchased.

Another use for the Access Control Door Hangers is when the lockbox is mounted on a short-shanked doorknob. With this type of lockbox installation, the basic Access Control Cards will not have room to be inserted between the lockbox shackle and the doorknob. The Access Control Door Hangers can be placed on the doorknob even with the lockbox in place, and will be visible to the agent before using the lockbox.
